Rentable Ethereum Token Contracts

In this project, rentable versions of ERC20, ERC721 and ERC115 Solidity token contracts will be developed. Existing OpenZepplin contracts will be enhanced/modified in order to give them rentability functionality. An ethers.js based web user interface and a python interface will also be developed  that provides contract configuration, deployment and posting, exploring, managing and selling of  token rental intervals. The system should be able to work on multiple blockchains. It should be tested on testnet chains of Avalanche, Hedera, Binance and Base. The system should be demonstrated on applications such as hotel room and home renting.
