A Tool for Deployment and Management of Avalanche Blockchain Subnets with Policy Based Faucets

Avalanche blockchain provides subnets which are  independent  networks with their own rules for permissioned membership and crypto economics. In this project, a command and web based tool will be developed that will provide subnet deployment and management services. Various policies including max-min fairness  based policies for subnet crypto asset distribution will be implemented and provided as configuration options during deployment. The tool will provide configurations and smart contracts for various communities such as game, university, village, town and city communities.
