Presentation order is according to last name or group number in ascending order. If a speaker misses his/her time slot, rearrangement will not be made.

Time allowed for each presentation is 20 min. Plan for 15 min for presentation, 5 min for questions. Try to present your findings, rather than general info that we all know.

All students are expected to participate all the presentations since the presentations are considered as an integral part of the learning process.

Best paper award will be selected by the audience.

Please handout a hard copy of your paper for each student in the class.

Name your CD using our CD naming convention. Make sure that this name is written on the CD.

Provide all the necessary items in the CD including:

• paper
• reference papers in our paper file naming convention
• presentation
• code and documentation (Java, Matlab, …)
• data files (network, excel, pajek, …)
• anything that you think related

There are many paper formats available on the web. Use LaTeX formats. Some formats:

• IEEE Transactions journals
• IEEE-Computer Conference
• Physical Review journals
