Morning routines of people differ from each other and include some similarities. On this topic, various practices and studies have been performed. We studied on sleep quality of users and connected it with morning schedule. On one hand, we measured sleep actions of users. Our experiment provided us useful data to analyze and comment sleep quality of users. We defined sleep cycles for users and calculated an appropriate alarm clock. User should define a gap time before alarm clock for early wake up.
There are some neurologic related diseases that might be seen in the same person and whether there are comman factors that lead to the situation or not has been the subject of interest in biomedical science. Here, by using text mining with articles, our aim is to propose a connection between diseases in gene base. In this project, spesifically, we focussed on the connection between Autism Spectrum Disorder & Epilepsy Disorder and derivatives because they often occur together. We have used PubMed to retrieve related articles and created gene-gene graphs with them.
We propose to develop a user self-care application for home users of Internet Service Providers. An iOS application on the home users mobile phone will communicate with the Lifemote backend to receive a series of hypotheses, which were originally formed by per-minute data collection from the modem.
