Special Issues
The organizers of the Workshop are editing two special issues that are relevant to the aims of the workshop. The details are below. Papers from outside the workshop can be submitted to these issues. All submissions, including those that are based on HBU@ICPR papers, will be rigorously reviewed by at least three experts. Papers based on HBU@ICPR submissions need to be sufficiently expanded to justify a journal publication.
