CMPE 596 - Software-Defined Networking (SDN)

The aim of this course is to learn on selected special topics to reflect fundamentals, recent technologies and trends in software-defined networks and network function virtualization. Software-defined networks and network softwarization/virtualization will be explored for the MS and PhD students with appropriate background in communications & networks.

Each student should have the background in:

  • Computer networks (Mandatory)
  • Wireless and Mobile Networks (Recommended)
