For PhD Students
- Complete the name, surname and topic fields of the FBE petition form.
- Print your transcript and add to the form.
- Consult your advisor. For PhD students, thesis advisor is also the graduate advisor. There are some fields to be completed by your advisor by looking at your transcript, e.g. term and credit information. Experiences students might fill these fileds by referring to their transcripts and their advisor may check only. If you have any questions, please consult your advisor.
- Leave the form to the postbox of Department Vice-chair after filling all the fileds. If you have completed all the necessary information, you do not need to see her, your forms will be signed and be sent to FBE.
For MS Students
